I have been using the humana tea for about a week now and it sure is cleaning me out. I can tell that my bile is flowing now from the color of my bowel movements, so I must be getting rid of alot of toxins. My husband is taking it also and has had the same reaction. I have also gotten an energy that I thought I wouldn't get back these last two days. I first noticed this the first 2 1/2 weeks of taking humaworm but then it went away so I know I need another cleanse. But then I got it back in just 5 days on the humana tea. I hope it continues. I will watch for a week and give an update.
