One package makes the equivalent of a quart of yogurt; I got tired of eating a quart a day , especially since I make it myself. Then one day I looked at the packet and got the brainstorm...why not pass up the middle man?

And I knew it contained active probiotics as I've been making yogurt successfully with it.
