I resumed oil pulling after an extraction...
I started OP'ing 2 days afterwards. I only did it once a day
I was taking antibiotics, so I would OP a couple of hours after I took the meds.
I used my cheeks to gently move the oil around.
I didn't get dry socket and my mouth healed up nicely.
