Peeling lips followed by eczema, now fingers peeling

I dont know whats happening to my body.

Im 28 yo. I have always been healthy. Until last year. Well actually now i still consider myself as healthy, just that the symptoms doesnt go away.

It started one year ago when my lips started peeling. Initially it just peel slowly and after another day, recover. The peeling wasnt bad, but by August, my lips have been peeling by sheets, its really bad. I went to see many derms, they told me its allergy and prescribe me steroids. It seems to be under control.

But to my horror, 2 mths later, my face seems to be affected. It started flaking near my T zone and now spread to my forehead. Since then, it has spread to my left fingers.

All doctors and derms said this is allergy. But until now i cant find the allergen. They dont think its fungus.

I dont smoke, do regular exercise, dont eat red meat, sleep at regular hours. Wonder whats wrong. But i do like to eat sweet things like cakes, chocs, icecream in the past. And for my dental, dentists has given me many packs of antibiotics and painkillers after i removed my 4 wisdom tooth and 2 crooked tooth. Could that be one of the reasons?
