I read somewhere that there is a difference between raw garlic (preserved allicin), and cooked garlic (killed allicin).

The cooked is much preferable since the burning sensation will be gone.

I put the juiced raw garlic to a 1.5 Liter Soda water, and filled it with distilled water.

I will try to dillute some part of those solution to another 1.5 Liter bottle, and see if there will be less burning sensation.
