what to do?

a year ago... i have a ringworm (jock itch) between my thighs and spread on my ass... i used to scratch it hard because i can't bare the itch, i bought a lot of anti-fungal creams and soap to eliminate it and it went gone. my problem now is, the skin in the infected area became dark, dry/dead and i don't like it. what should i do?
