i love lamb. i marinaded some chicken strips in apple cider vinegar and curry powder the other day and WOW! that was the best chicken i think i ever ate. it literally melted in my mouth, so tender and yummy. at the farmers market next week i am going to get some locally raised orgainc lamb and try that marinade again. i used pure acv, and a good amount of curry, with a bit of Sea Salt , i put the chicken in a glass jar, and make sure the acv covers the chicken. i then marinaded it for aobut 15 or 16 hours. the enzymes in the acv break the meat down and tenderize it, its really the best.
