Adult tetanus vaccination

In early August I received a tetanus vaccination for the first time in my life at age 39. Don't know if it is related, but within a month and a half I was fighting for my life after mysteriously hemorrhaging from my colon. I had to have a total colectomy. The pathology was inconclusive. I am now Gluten and Lactose intolerant. I find the coincidence to a prior post interesting. Wondering if any one else is having GI issues after being vaccinated with tetanus as an adult?
