This may seem a little off topic but I thought that I would post this for members who may be struggling with high blood pressure. What I find interesting here and again this may just be coincidental. The diet is high in fruits and vegetables and subsequetnly high in those key alkalizing minerals: potassium, calcium, and magnesium. What is interesting is that the results could not be replicated giving people potassium, calcium, and magnesium supplements, which underscores the importance of getting these from inclusion of fruits and vegetables in the diet.
