SunFlower Seed Pate’ Wrap
2 cups of seeds (soaked, then dried)
1 kale leaf (de-stemmed and torn to bits)
½ bunch organic dill
¼ t. organic apple cider vinegar
¼ t. organic olive oil
¼ t. PURE water
pinch of sea salt
Add all ingredients to food processor, process until smooth.
Add pate’ to center of:
1 large lettuce leaf and wrap.
Serve with a glass of fresh juice for a sneaky way to get greens into your kids!
Germinating sunflower seeds are a SUPERFOOD. Soak for a minimum of 2 hours, no more than 12.
