How badly does your tongue hurt?

I have been trying everyday to do the master cleanse since January 31st and just finished 8 days no cheating recently. Had to quit. My tongue was hurting so bad  and my mouth was so dry the last 3 days. Everyday was painful to get through. As soon as I woke up in the morning my tongue was in so much pain. Never had that before on the master cleanse. So I had to take a break. My tongue still is hurting this was supposed to be my day 10.  The sides of my tongue feel blistered and the top of my tongue feels burned.  To much lemonade I think for sure. Gotta wait til my tongue heals up. I was really needing to continue on. But I had the opposite effect this time on the master cleanse. Everyday left me so drained.  i think my nutritional stores were so depleted that I was not able to continue on. I had been drinking lemonade for almost a year with food. So I am sure I depleted my nutritional stores coupled with a semi bad diet. Tweet
