Hi MH,

I'm on the 10th day of OJ fast. Amazing! Two days ago I was saying to myself that the pain under my ribs was never going to change or go away. Yesterday it was half of what it usually has been, today it is about 90% gone. Remarkable!! And I even cheated a little by eating a few grapes, a kiwi fruit every couple of days, a few pecans every couple days.

And the part about going back into old diseases and clearing them up is very interesting. So far I have felt my body clearing up skin cancer spots, an old groin pull/partial hernia from 25 years ago, low back surgery issues from 15 years ago, pnuemonia from a couple years ago, a sinus issue from 25 years ago. The low back stuff is scary because all the old pain and muscle spasm has returned during the past few days but I can tell it is reorganizing itself or sorting out whatever the imbalance is and it seems to be reducing or shrinking somehow today.

My tongue got a few pink spots after a day or two. Then the edge all the way around started to clear and a couple larger spots of pink have shown up just off center. Weight is reducing at about a half pound a day.

My mind seems a little brighter and I feel a little more energy or alertness in my body and mind, although I have slept very sound 10 hours straight for the past several nights.

It is a joy to discover that the body will just go ahead and fix itself if I just leave it alone and give it a steady stream of OJ. And I usually only take about 4 or 5 LBB caps during the day until late afternoon. If I take it later it makes my stomach gurgle loud most of the night. At any rate that's all it takes to keep me chugging right along. Where all that stuff comes from I can't figure out, because I sure am not eating anywhere near that volumn of material.

I keep trying the Air Restore but nothing much happens. I have tried a dropper every hour for 4 hours and nothing. Is there any way that all I ended up with is grain alcohol? I'm really surprised because of the pnuemonia history...I really expected something to be expelled because of that.

At the end of the evening befor I go to bed I take a tablespoon of the cardiac-vascular-renal balance and find it very soothing to end the day with.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your findings and inspirations the way you do!!! My 3 year old fear of having to live with this weird ache under my ribs is coming to an end and I am very appreciative of your efforts.
