hi all, excited to join group. Recently started with creatine and flak seeds, and whey protein shake (so hard to keep it up daily and guessing at right doses) but at least its something to fight back with . . .my form of MD is followed out of Newark UMDNJ clinic--its not cleary defined yet--seems like Limb Girdle with some FSH but four blood tests have all been negative-- I am 50 and last two major problems are re-standing after bending over (severe spinal muscle atrophy with fatty replacement) and climing up a single curb; i try to keep at around 155lbs, im 5 ft 9 --
