Thanks Chris it's nice to be missed. My last fast was, I suppose not unusually, very hard on me emotionally. I got to the point where I could hardly function again so had to break it. In a way it's good that raw food is enough to help me whereas previously it was junk food and of course there are even worse options out there only too readily available. Still, the grief and pain are obstacles I need to overcome and am still determined to do so, at least enough to complete my goal of optimum physical health.

Life goes on and so must I. I'm back onboard again!
