I've been experimenting using baking soda to brush my teeth. After the initial shock to my taste buds of not using regular toothpaste, I've been using it regularly.
Here are my brief observations compared to using toothpaste.
1. Teeth feel exceptionally clean.
2. Whiter in appearance.
3. Most notably, I don't wake up with "fuzz" on the teeth or morning breath.
4. Throughout the day, I notice that there is far less biofilm build-up on the teeth.
5. If I eat something sweet, I've noticed that the sugars don't build-up as much. Using regular toothpaste, I noticed that it builds up quickly.
I was curious about my little baking soda regime that I decided to do a search. I found this interesting site where someone has claimed to heal their cavities.
