Re: can minerals be *stored*?

so maybe what I do is wrong.
I check throughout the day my urine (I drink it, so I *taste* the ph - very scientific!) and normally it is ok, with not too much effort: I drink a lot of water (my water is ph8), drink all my urine (very alkalizing, I find), I drink some ACV&honey (sometimes not necessary), fast all day and eat only for dinner (vegan, 80% vegetables), oil pull. That is very little indeed, but as my ph is ok I never thought I needed to do more. Does it mean I'm not loading my reserves? should I take *the most I can* whatever the ph?

(BTW, I posted something in the liver forum hoping to have you around)
