Beth, if you are still around, then I suggest if you are to take a few days off, do it to focus only on that which you do like. Find a way to just make peace with where you are ..
say "So what if I weigh more than I want to! So what if my tire blew! So what if things aren't exactly as I want them now. SO WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! BIG DEAL!!!"
Then go about your days just visualising what you like. Looking at any happy photos or films. Listening to upbeat music. Play with "wouldn't it be fantastic if ..."
And every time you get a negative thought/feeling just say "SO WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! BIG DEAL!!!"
