I guarantee you, that's the official Mtnnn Dewww Guarantee...all those feats such as Hoover Dam and Man on the Moon...we have paid and paid through the nose to an amount you'll never believe possible. The amounts of waste and corruption...you want to see real waste of the taxpayer's dollars...universal health care will make the NASA program look like a mom & pop operation after the red ink is realized. If money is absolutely positively no issue, you are correct in everything you state. If money IS an issue, none of it is correct.
