It is not a block, it is just that you are unfamilar with using choice words.

For exampple, if you have a negative belief of "I feel responsible for how this relationship turned out" ...

then I would stop and ask myself, "what would I want to choose to believe?"

Maybe .. "I choose to let this go/I am willing to release that belief, I approve of myself/I forgive myself/I allow myself to learn from the past" etc

So, you make a decision on whct positive statement you want to make, one that feels good (brings relief)
