Unfortunately, there isn't really any surefire method....
SOme people have luck checking their salive in a UV light - But appears to be at best around 66% accurate.
If you have been on several cleansing regimens in the past, & fasts, and there is still foods that bug you - You can make an educated guess by comparing the food lists and deciding for yourself...
