Yup, I've done it. I actually started a while ago I did not want to mention it until I had gone through over a week of it. It's been 10 days now, I'm feeling very ill my digestive system is out of whack, im feeling lots of anxiety, lots of depression, very weak (been sleeping all the time).
I'm taking this in baby steps, seeing as how I dont think I have any serious diseases(yet), im doing this VERY slowly. So my first steps are too fix what I breath, then fix what I drink. So I'm quitting smoking and I have a water distiller on the way. The step after that will be fix what I eat, then once my diet is reasonable and I feel kind of comfortable with it im going to try and get these herbs and do an orange juice fast.
