I am ok. Finally, I am on the way to cure my candida completely. Recently (3 days ago) I have completed 10 days Water Fast successfully and VERY happy about that! Fast was relatively easy and I was able to work. Here is a link if u are interested:

About two days ago I noticed kind of red blemishes ( may be subcutaneous masses) on my breast area and my belly. Not much but they look like skin irritation with a bit of inflammation and today I feel like scratching them. And by now they keep appearing, this time at the back of my neck. I do think my candida 'goes out on surface' having die off effect! Happy about it!!!:D

So after countless trials of all kind of fasts to get rid of this condition I HAVE DONE IT!
