Re: Blood spots on leg
It sounds like you are allergic to, or simply not digesting, some foods. (Either that, or you are pregnant - LOL) That is the place to start. There is probably something else causing it, but you have to start somewhere. My first rule is to not eat anything that gives you gas, so you can adapt that to not eat anything that gives you gas, bloat, or nausea. The fact is, if it doesn't digest well, it doesn't do your body any good anyway. You may want to try a rotation diet, or an elimination diet, so you can get yourself on a limited diet that you can actually digest so that you can work on your body. Brown rice usually digests well with most people, but grains may not work for you if you have an apple figure. Try it and see. Have you ever taken digestive enzymes with your food to help digestion? What about probiotics? If you stool has a strong odor, I would suspect a need for those - take them until your stool has nearly no smell at all.
Red spots - I can't say this is it, but chronic fluoride poisoning has red or blue spots that come and go. Here are the symptoms of that - do you have any besides the bloat and spots?
