Pounded ACV and Oregano Oil for a couple of weeks and discharged a box of tissues from my innards. Was feeling so bad from the die-off found myself at Whole Foods at 9:30 on a Saturday night scrambling for probiotics like a junkie.

I'll check out the nebulizer. Bought an air cleaner after the fires last fall here in LA and what a revelation it is to clean it. Even with our wintertime 'good' air quality.
