Hi Mic:)

I read in one of the posts of this forum that while fasting water should always be either warm or room temperature. Ok, lets just think logically. When u drink cold water , body needs to spend extra time and energy to 'heat it up' to make it similar with its temperature. And I also read while enter the stomach cold water 'paralyzes' normal function of stomach. Something like that. If u are really keen on cold water then 'treat' urself with a bit chilling one.

Ok, wait for replies from more knowledgeable guys here:)
