grapefruit seed extract is a miracle worker!!

I've been suffering with bad skin all my life. Not really big pustuls, but tiny bumps all over my face, especially on my forehead, nose, chin, etc. I had tried everything, medication, diet change, all sorts of different cleansers, lotions, etc. I had a combinatin of oily and sensitive skin, so finding the right dosages of different products. The only thing that seemed to keep it controllable was ProActiv.

I was on this website and read a posting about grapefruit seed extract. I decided to try a couple drops in my morning facewash (oil of olay for sensitive skin). Bit by bit my skin started to clear. I felt that it might be drying my face, so I lotioned up right after each wash. I can't believe the effect it has had. I have never had skin this clear. I reduced the dosage to one drop because it started to dry my face too much, but I think that the antibacterial qualities along with my morning moisterizing, has corrected whatever ph imbalances that I may have had.

I'm going to start using it on my chest and back as well to see how that improves. Also, I'm considering taking it orally to see if it can clean things from the inside out. I'm not sure, but using it on my face may eventually age it.

Since then, I've done some experimenting, and the Proactiv cleanser doesn't seem to make much of a difference. My skin still needs some sort of exfoliant at night, but I don't think it matters what I use. I'm not quite ready to get off the toner and night lotion. But the grapefruit seed extract seems to be the last piece of the puzzle.

Also, my mom was talking to a neighbor the other day about grapefruit seed extract and she said that her family has been taking it orally for years and that it has cured many of their ailments.

Just wanted to share the knowledge. I seriously can't tell you all how amazed I am that my face looks this clear. Everyone in my family has commented on it. Maybe it can work for you as well!
