75% diagnosed, but what now?

Well, I am kinda alone on this one. So, any help would be nice.

My situation was that I was dating a girl with Herpes (no longer) and 7 weeks ago, I was alerted by a huge OB of identical symptoms to Genital herpes. After they kinda went away (5-ish weeks and 2 OBs), I went and had blood drawn and the test came back positive that I had HSV 1. (I have had cold sores for 20 years)

Reading info, looking a pictures, double OB on the first OB, really sounds to me that they are GH. But the blood test only tells me HSV 1, and I figured that I had that anyway due to my cold sores.

What now? If I already have HSV 1 (oral) can I get genital HSV 1? Is it possible that it takes more than 7 weeks to develop the HSV2 antibodies and I actually do have HSV2? (reason why they weren't found in blood test at week 6-7)
