Although I had intended to go very slowly (I am usually pretty scared of being upside down), it was just so easy and so fun that I couldn't help increasing the incline each time I inverted.

I must admit that the article does scare me, but it is the only truly negative one that I have found online, every other one seems really positive.

I hadn't even thought about the arterial plaque issue. Hopefully someone with a bit of knowledge or experience will chime in and answer that one.
