coconut oil

I have been taking the virgin, unrefined, pure coconut oil for about 3-4 weeks now, just as Kevin Trudeau suggested, (which is one tsp. in morn. and one at night), to not only loose weight, but also, hopefully, help my health! Now, during these couple of weeks however, we've all passed some kind of intestinal bug around, so, besides feeling like dog poop, i don't know how that would have affected the coconut oils performance....the thing is, i wonder how fast you would loose weight. I'm not purposely really trying to diet, i don't really believe in "dieting" per se, it's to depressing, and then, the cortisol gets going, and begins to store the fat anyway..UGH!...so, what i do, is basically try to just ADD good things, (I do have a definate weakness or sweets however). But, to make a long story short.....I've noticed that in only the 3 - 4 weeks now, I seem to have lost weight on my legs (which is nice), but then I become panicky that maybe the reason i'm loosing weight (WITHOUT dieting) is bec. I'm sick or something..like some kind of cancer where they say you loose weight! I know this may sound nuts, and I have become, over the years, a bit of a hypochondriac, and i don't really know why either. But, be that as it may, that 's where i find myself these days.

So, does anyone here take coconut oil, and has it helped you loose weight, and HOW FAST? I guess that's what's making me nervous, is that, in only a few weeks, i seem to have kind of trimmed down a bit, and while that's WONDERFUL, and it makes me happy, i always worry it's not JUST the coconut oil that's doing it..you know?
I don't eat all that much really, i never really have, but yet, I don't eat to little either, somewhere in between. I also would like to start cleaning myself out....now, my intestines are VERY sensitive!!!!! I have to have some kind of intestinal cleanse...(colon cleaner) that ISN'T HARSH AT ALL...it'll send me off into intestinal spasms!!!! So, can anyone recommend some kind of really good colon cleanser? Someting that'll really clean me out, yet won't start the IBS going?
