For everyone out there who's afraid to fast and nervous about being too physically weak or weak willed, DON'T BE. Get through the hunger at the beginning of the fast by downing P&B shakes every 2-4 hours. I'm going to mix another cup right now.
Yes, the hunger is present, but not overwhelming. I know I'm doing a good thing for my body and my skin by completing this healing fast. Not tired/achy yet, but then it has been only 26ish hours since I last ate. I'm going to go weight lift/walk a bit for extra burn and energy.
