Re: What happens after it mobilizes the metals?

Newport is perfectly right - Iodine is not a chelator, but it does move mercury around and out of mots critical areas like your glands.

To get it out of the system, take an Epsom Salt bath like this: about one pound or a little more of epson salt in a tub full of VERY warm water, but don't overdo it and faint :-)
Then lie down in the tub and enjoy the warmth of that water and relax. This will draw the toxins out. Stay like that for at least 20 minutes to half an hour. You can also start with normally warm water and then add more and more hot water until you start sweating. The idea is that you get rid of the toxins through sweat and with Epsom Salt help.
I just did a few hours ago, which was not my first time doing it and it was fenomenal!

After the bath, be ready to experience some major exhaustion, maybe even a bit of a low blood pressure. So lie down, relax, maybe even take a nap and then you'll be as good as new.

And then, repeat as necessary.

As for your Iodine intake, I wouldn't keep it that high without a break. I am currently taking much more then you, but will only keep at it for a few days. It is good to have a lot of it, and to sometimes increase it when needed, but give your body a chance to take a little break from it.
