But what have the folks that had the chicken pox at a young age actaully done to try to rid themselves of the virus? I believe it can lie dormant, but if you take aggressive steps toward ridding yourself of the virus couldn't you possibly in fact do that? Genital herpes acts differently than shingles, as we know. If I were to go years without an outbreak of genital herpes and repeatedly test negative, I'd start feeling pretty good about myself.

I completely agree with the nefarious advertising practices of some of these snake oil salesmen but to me most of those are very obvious.

So what is your opinion of DMSO? I've applied it to outbreaks with Colloidal Silver and watched the outbreak vanish over the course of an hour or so.

For the record, I've had one real outbreak(the first. Although a rather small outbreak compared to pictures I've seen, it kicked my butt. Swollen lymph-nodes, flu symptoms, etc. Then the start of another a month later which I suppressed. The second came out at the start of my attacking this virus using all of the items listed. I was into the H202 regimen at about 12 drops when the second outbreak occurred.

That has pretty much been it. Any tingling I've always smothered the area with DMSO, colloidal, maybe some coconut oil as well. I've done the lower back region with DMSO and a little coconut oil imagining that may penetrate the lipid shield of the virus. If it bonds to DNA, what's with the lipid shield thing I read about?

I realize I'm probably just getting my hopes up but those things have certainly worked in treating breakouts and apparently at least suppressing them.

Now if I was only confident enough to actually have sex with a real live person again. Please god... I met a MEGA hottie last night.
