I had this.

You are getting an excess amount of bad omega's. This can be related to peanut allergies.

About a ago, I was trying different changes to diet. I started eating trail mix which was mostly peanuts, and other nuts. I was also take Omega 3/6/9 supplements.

From what I read, the combination of the good Omega's (3/6/9) and promoted the keeping of the bad omega's from the peanuts, which produced what you describe.

So I immediately stopped both (I do occasionally still take Omega 3/6/9 s),
it took a few weeks to clear up. I found that rubbing alcohol helped to speed things up.
