Anyone know of a cure for bursitis? Specifically looking for a natural cure.?

My daughter has been diagnosed as having bursitis in her hip and we need someway to get rid of it. It's quite painful for her. The doc doesn't have any ideas, but i know there is someone out there that has had it and has it no longer. How did you do it?
