Yes, I agree that you won't know if you don't look at what's coming out of you. In fact hubby wasn't checking till I told him he should so he could see that creatures were indeed living in him. This moring he took my advice and found about 40 black raisen looking things that were inside of his poop. He wouldn't of even known that if he didn't open it up to see them. He used a popscicle stick. It's gross but I like to know that the product is working...and it definitly is!! Tweet
