Will GPS equipped cell phones have Homeland Security in them?

Cell Phone s are hazardous to the body, but in the future, if you're in the vicinity of a terrorist, they could cause more harm. Solar flares are expected to get stronger and interfere with Cell Phone communication possibly crossing the signals.

Homeland Security is trying to get manufacturers to install sensors in GPS Cell Phone s (NSA eavesdropping is not enough for gov't. snoops).
