First off, I don't agree with hair analysis - but that's just my
opinion. Hair analysis generally doesn't agree with blood analysis.
You can find more on that at quackwatch, and that's one of the few things that
they and I agree on.
I myself have not cut back on my supplements since beginning UT 3 1/2 years
ago, though what I take aren't that expensive. Because I'm diabetic
(controlled by diet alone) I have lab work done once a year and the main thing
they look for in me is liver problems and creatine levels (I think that's what
they look for) and mine have all come out normal. You can go to Wiki at
