Here is the deal - in order for Luella and I to have plenty of time to do our thing here, we need to make the website we are building together work and we need your opinion, comments, suggestions, whatever.
We are really trying to build a website you and others enjoy - one for people who want to live a more natural, longer, healthier, and happier life free of mainstream managed illness and killing stress. And we are trying to tie it in with our forum here too.

We have also added reviews to the Diet section, put in more Health News than ever and started a new section titled Living Naturally.
What do you think about a Healthy Recipe of the Month contest? We are still poor fledglings, but we could afford to start off with $20 first place, $10 second, and a discount of some kind for runners up. And if we do well, we will make the prizes bigger and better as time goes on.
