I was eating white rice bread....but a dew weeks ago started making my own with buckwheat flour ( dark) and rice flour....and it's very tasty.

Have not eaten much processed food for years.....and have had a fairly good diet for about 15 years...due to this illness.

recently I have been drinking 3 cups of black tea a day ( it's gone)....I'm drinking water all day.....and GF juice in the am......no other liquid.....taking...apparently black tea will help to form stones.

I'm taking:
about 8 caps of garlic 500 mgs
Pau 'darco tea....about 4 ounces ( it dries me out too much to take more)
oregano oil X 4 drops per day in water
the usual host of vitamins and minerals
also I started on bio identical hormones 2 weeks ago, and i wonder f they have sort of tipped me over the edge.....they apparently help to retain calcium and i was taking a lot ( 52 years old on the border between osteopenia and osteoporosis...from ealt menopause....from this strange illness....which i have been calling MCS, but obviously the chemical sensitivity is a symptom of something bigger....probably parasites, along with the candida....and a full liver........I need to do all of the steps in Hulda Clark e's protocol......but right now I need to be well enough to function every day....thus the grapefruits....etc......
