If it looks like white grains of rice then it is caine tape worm segments. As it dies it breaks off from the tail up to the head. The head is important to get out because it will grow back it's body if the head is not killed and out. If it is white string looking things, then it might be Candida Albicans which is an over growth of yeast colonies that eat through the intestional wall and go into the blood stream and into your cells and cause all kinds of havoc like arthritis, Fibromyalgia and more. They multiply by the millions and pee and poo that are very toxic and there you have it. Good job in getting it out. Donna
