Now that all of the street phone use is going to focus/depend on Cell Phone s, solar flares promise to disrupt Cell Phone usage and leave the public without adequate emergency communication. Most likely, this will cause riots.

but then, if the solar-chaos theory is correct, riots will happen anyway (the government doesn't mind, they'll just use the gay bomb on us as riot control or throw us into waterboarding camps).
