I lived in Cayman for a few years - had a house down there for 7 and finally sold it. Too hard to manage a rental property from the US and frankly the folks down there aren't renowned for their honesty.

I've never felt better in my life.

Unfortunately I developed a small drinking problem and realized that my life was pretty much going nowhere, so I left and decided to stop avoiding 'real life'.

Man, I miss it. I've never felt better in my life - the temperature, sea humidity, wonderful thunderstorms...never got sick, not once.
