Extending shelf life of coconut oil

Does anyone know how you could - or even IF you could - extend the shelf life of CO?

Wilderness Family Naturals is offering free shipping but you have to buy a case. I'd like to get a case or 2 for my food storage/disaster preps. I'd also like to get a case of palm oil because they're predicting shortages of that. Enough to last maybe 3 years. But not if it's going to go rancid.

I've got a Pump n seal but I don't know if vacuum sealing it would help or not.
