Hi!!! Yes I've fasted before for 14 days. My goal is to loose a few pounds that I can't seem to loose on normal diets. I am 101.86 pounds trying to get to 96.8 for 5 feet one inch. It's not much of a loss of weight and I was thinking that maybe 20 days is to much but I don't want to stop after a few days,even if I reach my goal, because it might just be water loss. Need advice on that. I really need help in keeping motivated and tips on how to deal with hunger the first few days. For me it was really really hard last time I fasted. Thank you for your time
