Don't know about the parasites.  For internal I eat a lot of raw garlic which clears out any parasites and has many other benefits as well.

I have a Neti pot for sinus irrigation and most of the time I use saline solution (1 tsp of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of soda to a pint of warm water) along with Tea Tree oil - I'm up to 9 drops but started with one.  My sinuses have been clearer this winter than ever in my life - I started the Neti pot in early December.

I have only tried urine in the Neti pot once.  I mixed it 1/2 urine and 1/2 saline solution.  I found that combination somewhere on the Internet.  I didn't see any benefit greater than what I'd been having with Tee Tree oil and the Tee Tree oil leaves a nice pleasant aroma for a long time.  It's also antiseptic, as is urine.
