In the short term it's true you may not notice much difference. Over the long haul, though, it pays to use a natural complex.

Standard Process has a very good one. So does Biotics. (Both are health care practitioner brands, though).

I haven't seen Jarrow's (a commercial brand), but they often take these details into account with their formulations. Try them.
