What the BLEEP is coming out of me? Maybe someone can help?

When I poo, it's like strung together by something. I try to dissect this "material" but it's hard to explain. When I clean it off, it kind of looks like tissue. Am I crapping out my own intestines??? It's like transluscent like. It really looks like it could be my own intestines! Anyone have any ideas?? God I hope this isn't some HUGE parasite.
