I use nutribiotic non gmo sodium ascorbate. I agree you should take it on an empty stomach. I do get gas and bloating if I take it after meals. Sometimes vitamin C will cause stomach issues before getting to bowel tolerance, as it stirs things up and mobilizes stuff to move the toxins out. This is what I've found from my own experience.
