Yep... ME too right now..days..Todays the worse !
I was diagnosed a long time ago with IBS.. Indegestion , bloat,flatulance, Is all part of it. Our nervous system is causing us havic..Kicks in the internal fire burn. I have learned to drink lots of water..It helps my apnea too ~ Make sure its non -clorine. Chlorine makes you have indegestion! Milk calms mine right away ..but after a while I get indegestion again...this time soured. Sleeping on a mound of pillows in recliner position makes you stomach juices calm easier, Than laying flat, by being flat the indegestion runs up your into your mouth, burning your esophagus! Which over long time can make cancer problems! Chewing gum helps most the time ! It makes saliva build up, And saliva has natural acid killer in it ! Smaller portions per meals help me too, try it and see if it will help you. Oh.>Drink your water and other liquids at room temperture helps ! The cold beverages...Put out your stomach acids that break down your foods..So when you eat you need warmer drinks..So that your acids work properly, And acids do not kick into overdrive to break down your food ! If your foods does not break down, Then food undesolved makes for more indegestion...And sour stomach from rotting food laying in your system for longer periods.. Which can lead to more problems of infectious type things.
I do hope theres something here to help you....... Blooming soda pop I drank this eve..is whats hurting me... One soda can of pop..Takes 3 soda can of the same size to counter effect the acid in the can of soda... And we wonder why people have stomach acid ? A coke can clean off acid caked on your body..And clean tacky stuff of your car windows...amongst other things. Hard to break habit of addictions you do all your life.. But I got to the point sodas really do not taste that great any more....
