How can I produce those PLUMP mung bean sprouts as we usually find them in stores?
I've been sprouting mung beans in Easy Sprouter. My sprouts are SLIM with long brown tails. And they smell somewhat like apples and the taste isn't so bad but not good, either.
And my mung bean sprouts gets so very dry unless I keep them in water - am I suppose to keep them in water constantly? The instruction that came with Easy Sprouter says "Rinse? Y/N" and I rinsed 2-3 times a day, which I assume enough. And I keep them in shade. What am I doing wrong?
